Crashes When Audio Is Enabled

Whenever I Enable Audio On Any Of The 4 Cameras I Have Running, My Computer Crashes Just As I Push The Start Button. I Am Currently Running All Logitech Communicate MP's And iCam Version 2.1.6. Before I Upgrade To The Current Cameras, I Was Using An Older Model Logitech Communicate And Running iCam Version 1.4.2.5 And Was Able To Get Audio Working With Out A Problem. Any Ideas On How I Can Fix This Problem?

We are currently tracking down an issue with 2.1.6 that can cause instability when using multiple cameras with audio enabled. If you uninstall 2.1.6 (and delete the C:\Program Files\iCamSource folder) and install 2.1.5 does it still crash with audio enabled? - http://skjm.com/icam/iCamSetup2.1.5.exe

There is a new test version of iCamSource that should resolve this problem. The new test version is available here:  http://skjm.com/icam/iCamSetup2.1.8.exe

I Installed iCam Source 2.1.8 And Still Had The Same Problem. But, I Did Plug In An Older Model Logitech Communicate And Got Audio From That One Without Any Problems. I'm Now Wondering If It's A Driver Issue With My Current Cameras, Since I Did Buy Them Used And None Came With Software. Not Sure If It's Relevant, But When I Had The Older Model Logitech Plugged In, The iCam Software Identified It's Model Name As "Logitech Quickcam Communicate". The Cameras I Currently Use Are Identified As "USB Video Device". Maybe The Software Is Having Trouble Identifying The Exact Model And Therefore Causing The Problem?

That could be the problem, yes, if Windows is using generic drivers that may not be fully compatible with the generic hardware you are using. You said you were using 4 cameras before ... If you try doing just one, then two, then three, etc., where does the iCamSource fail?

After Narrowing Down To One Camera, iCam Still Crashed Upon Hitting Start, So I Do Believe That It's My Drivers That Are Causing The Problem. I Did A Quick Search Of The Net To See If I Could Update Them But After A Run Around, I Gave Up. Do You By Chance Know Of A Quick And Free Way To Update Drivers For Logitech Communicate MP Cameras?

Unfortunately the only place that we are aware of to obtain webcam drivers is from the original manufacturers.
