problem with viewing more then one cam
« on: October 31, 2010, 03:54:08 PM »
hi!

i am new here, and currently testing icam on iphone and icam source on a windows XP system.

i have 3 IP cams (mjpg) installed, all of them are working (in the same ip range) and can be watched in icam source.

10.0.0.181/video.mjpg
10.0.0.182/video.mjpg
10.0.0.183/video.mjpg
(eytron cams)

when i just setup one of the 3 cams (it does not matter which of them) the icam app on the iphone works. i can see the cam on the iphone. as soon as i add one more it does not work ->
the view on the ipad changes to 9 empty screens (dont know why) and i get a source connection error
on the iphone4 i see 6 empty screens and i get a source connection error _>

then i have to remove all except one cam - stop everything (sometimes i´ve to change password - i am using 2 digits password) and i again can see one cam.

i hope you can help me - i really like icam - but wanna see all of my cams :-)

regards
hermann

Do you see this behavior when your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same local network as the computer running iCamSource?  Or do you only see it from remote networks?

Please email a screenshot of your iCamSource window to support@skjm.com so I can verify the settings.  Please refer to this forum thread in your email.
