Problem from France

Hello I have 3 camera in usb which works fine but for some days the third encounters problems the way I do the more the error code 14 when everything is connected and that I did not touch anything and I uninstall everything - reinstalling but it still does not work
Another problem I have a camera brand Heden camhed4ipwb wifi and I never managed to connect it to my modem I have an orange livebox (france)

Do you still see this problem if you only run two cameras or if you only run one camera?

Also, please make sure that your webcam drivers are updated and that Windows id fully updated through Windows Update.

Regarding the camera connecting to the router, there isn't too much I can do to help.  Did your camera come with setup software?  Have you tried connecting the camera directly to the router with an Ethernet cable?
