If you're seeing the Source Connection Error when your iPhone is connected to the same local network as the computer, that indicates that you probably have two different routers on your local network and that your iPhone is connected to one and the computer is connected to the other.

If it's possible, try connecting the computer and the iPhone to the same router.  If that isn't possible, you'll have to set the secondary router (router not directly connected to modem) to be in bridge mode.  If you need help setting that up, please let me know the Brand/Model of your routers and let me know which one is primary (directly attached or integrated with modem) and which one is secondary (attached to the primary router).

You can view your webcams from a desktop or laptop computer using iCamWeb : http://skjm.com/icam/web

iCamWeb uses a Java applet to connect to iCamSource, so Java must be installed on the computer.

I think he's saying that the camera is at his store...not at his home, where the wifi is. If that's correct, allow me to read Jay's mind:

Enable auto port config in icamsource and enable uPNP in router and reboot both the router and computer.

yes the camera is at my store.

When im outside i can connect to my 3gs and see the camera fine.

Once i get home and connect to WIFI i cannot see the camera at my store. once i turn off the wifi on the phone the 3g kicks in and it works

Yeah, sounds like you need to set up port forwarding. Since this is your business, and I'm guessing you might have a server or something with financial information, etc...I personally would manually set up port forwarding and NOT enable uPNP on the router. With uPNP enabled, your router settings are easily changed by your computer...which is fine if your computer is secure. However, should you ever get a virus, that virus could change your router settings...potentially giving hackers much easier access to your network. Setting up the port forwarding manually is not difficult...but it is tedious. It can be frustrating if you don't carefully follow the directions and get the appropriate information input in the right spots in the router settings. But worth it to keep your router more secure.
