iwebcam compatible with windows 7 64 bits

Hello, i am new to Icam and i love this app. i can view my 3 cameras from a pc that runs xp but i cannot view my cameras from windows 7 pc. Is Icamweb compatible with windows 7 64bits or am i missing something? Your answer and help is much appreciated? Many thanks for the hardwork. jp

Yes, iCamSource is compatible with Windows 7 64 bit. Are you getting a video feed in the iCamSource preview window at all? Are you receiving an error?

Thank you for your quick replied. there is no error message at all. when i go to iwebcam page and log in with my username and password. it's just sitting there saying connecting! I have pasted below. Please let me know? Thank you. jp

Are you getting a video feed in the iCamSource preview window from your camera at all?

If you could go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ from the computer running the iCamSource and send your external IP address to support@skjm.com. Then I can attempt to look it up in the Broker Server logs and hopefully troubleshoot the problem.
