Camera viewing problem... H264 DVR - Can't view individual camera's

I recently purchased and 4 camera system and got it running (on my Mac).  Here is what I bought:

I know it's not the best system out there but the price was right and it works well.  Here's the problem:

Through ICamsource and ICam I can only view whatever I am looking at through the on the actual H.264 DVR or on the computer over my network.  I am already running 4 versions of ICamsource but all I get is 4 views from the same camera on my Iphone.  I don't understand how I can get 4 separate IP addresses since my source is the IP address of my DVR.  What am I missing?

 jbuckleyud is getting technical support through email.  In this case, the DVR only has one MJPEG URL that gets switched between the different cameras.  Unfortunately, since there is only one MJPEG URL, only one camera can be displayed at any one time.
