Always looging in/requesting service.

I  am using the pro icam with the video lamps...

Got it working right before I left to travel and it worked fine!

Now however 4 days later it never gets past "logging in" and "requesting service"

like wtf, why does it work... then after I leave not work...

This support forum is for the iCam Pro app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/icam-pro-webcam-streaming/id837194033) and not the “pro icam" app. I would suggest contacting that app’s developer for help.
