Allow a complex PIN to be set when the screen is dimmed to "lock the phone" to keep the phone secure when the premises is compromised. If someone walks in and snatches the phone, they have access to whatever you've left on the phone, potentially even your iTunes/Gmail account if you forgot to remove it.
