pedro - Could you please go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and e-mail support@skjm.com what it says your external IP is? That way we will be able to look it up in the iCam Broker Server logs and see if we can't figure out what the issue is.

Also, what operating system are you currently running, Windows or OS X?

Guys, I don't get it. If you were able to help some users with this issue, why don't you post how you fixed it, so that others can try that too?

I'm having the same issue with both iCam and iCam Pro.

Installed the soft on 3 PCs with cams. While my phone is connected to my WIFI, everything works perfect. As soon as I disable my phone WIFI and try to app with my 4G connection, I get the same error.

All my PCs use Windows Firewall, nothing is blocked, I granted access to the software rigth after install when it requested. My router seems to be OK, nothing really blocked onit...

And as I understand the topic says that it's an issue with settings on PC... all my 3 pcs are having the same issue?

Please help out.
