Not currently, no. The iCamSource stores motion event images whenever it detects motion, and it currently performs the motion detection processing every 1/2 second.
The idea is that images are only stored when motion is detected, so that you aren't recording a large number of images of basically the same scene.
That value could be increased or decreased, but we haven't added those controls to the iCamSource yet at this time.
