Orange FR blocked SKJM

My phone (iphone 4S) with ORANGE France can not open the page skjm.com while the phone from a friend who is at SFR happens to open this page. what to do
ORANGE to unlock?
So impossible to see in Icam 3g or edge

Mon téléphone (iPhone 4S) avec Orange France ne peut pas ouvrir la page skjm.com alors que le téléphone d'un ami qui est chez SFR ouvrre sans problème cette page. Orange, bloque donc cette page et ce service.

sorry, but I called ORANGE that says DNS SKJM are blocked by them ... Can you find a solution. In addition I bought credit Proxy, but that does not work either!
