Have had this PT IP cam for about 8 months. It's hard wired via LAN to wireless hub.
Yesterday it stopped working. So in last ditch attempted, pressed the reset in the base of camera for about 5secs. Now when opening IP Camera Tool it comes up with 'Anonymous Web UI doesnt not exist dbclick to upgrade'. I can not find file to upgarde nor any other software.
What can be done to sort this problem?
