Motion events remote config
« on: March 30, 2012, 01:14:58 PM »
Let me start by saying that I think this program is great. I setup that program literally a few hours before I took off on vacation. I now can view our pets remotely.

Here is my question. I am at a 3 hour time zone back so when I get PUSH motion detection it sends it to me at 3am. I have turned the PUSH notifications off and the record notification off with my ipad2. But it will only keep that OFF setting for 24hours (or so it seams). The following morning i receive the PUSH notification again. Is there a way to stop these notification remotely?

Thank you

If the settings turn on again after 24 hours then you most likely have a Scheduling rule set that is turning them on again at a specific time. Unfortunately there is currently no way to remotely configure Scheduling through the iCam software. For future reference, some of our users use VNC to access iCamSource remotely. VNC is discussed in this forum post: http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?topic=2732.0
