Ip camera not working on iphone

Ive set up the ip camera on my wifi, I can view it on the icam source preferences on my mac, but on my iphone the screen for the ip camera just has a snapshot that wasnt even taken with the ip camera, how do I get it to work on my phone?

Please reset your login/password on both the iCamSource and iCam. Make sure it's something other people won't be able to guess easily.
