Viewing Ipad camera through my PC?

Hi, I downloaded this program with the intention of viewing live feed from my Ipad through iCamsource on my PC. Is this possible, or have I made an error?

iCam is the application for your iPad that allows you to remotely monitor live video and audio feeds from your computers webcams. It does not turn your iPad camera into a webcam however, you can set up your iPad as a WiFi network IP camera with our latest app ipCam.
