I've got two D-Link DCS-5300G cameras which are a few years old but both are PTZ so hence my bug bear. Also got a Ycam hooked up to iCam.
This is another reason why PTZ was never at the top of our priority list: So many different network IP camera PTZ protocols.
From our work on iSpy Cameras we already implemented a number of the major PTZ protocols for the public cameras that are available, but those did not include AirLinks or Foscams (the two that we own) or D-Links. (They were Canons, Panasonics, etc.)
We have been working on the AirLink and Foscam PTZ protocols (because those are the cameras we have) but I am sure that there are a lot of other cameras out there that people use that are different still.
