how to set better fps

Hello, can you tell me how to set where i can get better fps? Meaning that i have reviewed my videos and there is a 4 seconds between frame 1 to frame 2. i see there is a big gap time (second) between frames. Thank you for your help. jp

Does the video appear slow in iCamSource on the computer as well?  The framerate in iCamSource is determined by the camera.

You can adjust the compression level used to favor either a Better Frame Rate or Better Image Quality in the iCamSource preferences window pane on your computer. The higher the image quality, the lower the frame rate, and vice-versa.
