On your computer, open icamsource, stop the cameras, click the box that says "Auto configure router." If it is already checked, try unchecking it...then restart the cameras. If you get a uPNP error in icamsource, you need to enable uPNP in your router's settings...and will then probably need to reboot your router and your computer to make sure all changes take effect.

Is auto router configuration enabled in icamsource? And if you are trying manual port forwarding, you need to disable auto router configuration in icamsource and then enable manual port forwarding...then set up port forwarding in your router settings....and assign your computer a static IP address on your local network. It's a bit of a pain, but worth it in the long run. You'll need to verify that the ports are actually being forwarded correctly...in other words, that they are seen as open. You might need to disable uPNP if you are using manual port forwarding, although I am not sure.
