Won't Work - Blank Screen - Detects Computer Though

Hello,

I'm sure this is the 1,000th post like this but I couldn't find an answer when I did a search.

I have a Mackbook Pro Leopard OSX 10.5.8

I installed ICamSource, Installed ICam on My Iphone

Set a username and password

The name of my computer shows up but it is just a blank white screen and nothing else. 
The built in isight on my computer lights up.

The Auto-Config Router Reads: UPnP Success 12000 -> 12000

I'm stumped

Please make sure there aren't any other video capture programs (such as Skype) running. They might be fighting iCamSource for access to the camera.
