ICamSource - Connecting...(but never connects)

I can see my camera as a choice in preferences, but can't fully connect to it. When I open the preferences for iCamSource on my PC, I can see the live view from my webcam in the 'camera' tab, but it says 'connecting' at the top of the program (iCamSource Preferences 2.2.2 Connecting...), but never connects. I can switch over to the 'Motion Detection" tab and the 'Schedule' tab, but the iCam Login and iCam Password boxes are greyed out and I can't enter text in them.

You have to click the "Stop" button in order to change any settings, including the username and password. It sounds like icamsource is not able to connect due to a firewall issue. Try temporarily disabling your firewall to see if it is then able to connect. If it does, turn your firewall back on and set up a connection rule allowing icamsource to connect through the firewall.
