iCamWeb not working

The page at iCamWeb says "Connecting..." and never does anything. Why? I have checked that the username and password are correct and that Java is installed. I get this on Firefox on both Mac and PC.

What's up with this?

Did you Run or Trust the Signed Applet when prompted? Do you see any other error messages after waiting for about a minute? Have you tried any other web browsers on your computers?
