Iphone APP just keeps loading :-(

Hi All,

I bought and installed the apps yesterday on my Mac MINI running 10.6.5 and my iPhone 4 running OS 4.1

The source app seems to be running fine but the iPhone app just keeps loading (the round loading icon just keeps spinning) No matter how long I wait there is no error displayed.

When I shutdown the source app on the Mac MINI after a while an error is displayed saying that the APP is not able to connect so it looks like the connection is ok. I tried the port forwarding stuff just to be sure but that didn't work either.
Ports are open. I checked them using a portcheck and the box is in DMZ.

Connection isn't working using both 3G and WiFi.

I also tried reinstalling the APP on the iPhone and shutting down all devices including the router and giving everything a fresh cold boot. Including the phone ofcourse.

What could the problem be :( would be a shame if I had just wasted a couple of euro's...

Just tried it from my work... Doesn't work :-(

Also tried the web client. That doesn't work and results in a broker error... But that's probably because i'm on the company network...

Any ideas?

That's strange, an error message should be displayed any time it doesn't work properly.  Please make sure to let it connect for a full minute, some of the possible errors are timeouts.

It's possible the download is corrupted.  If you're loading the app from the computer, then just re-installing might not be enough if the download is corrupted.  Please delete the app and then re-download it from the Appstore.  If you're logged into the same iTunes account you used to purchase the app, you won't be charged again.
