Oops, didn't notice that you had an iSight camera.  The iSight is a built-in camera, so you need to select the "USB / Built-In / Firewire" tab in iCamSource and select your camera from the Video drop down list.  The MJPEG/JPEG URL is for network cameras only.

Is it possible to you my iphone camera as a security camera?  If yes, how to find my iphone camera's URL and camera login id and password?

Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow the iPhone to be used as a USB webcam, so an iPhone can't be used as a video source for iCam.
