Connection Closed
« on: October 20, 2010, 09:03:07 PM »
After a few seconds of viewing one of my sources, it will close and "connection closed" will be displayed on the first window.

The most common cause for that error is if your iPhone loses it's wireless data connection while you're viewing the webcam.

If you refresh or relaunch  the iCam app on your phone, does it work again, or do you need to re-launch iCamSource on your computer before it starts working?

Does this happen when your iPhone is connected to the same local network as the computer running iCamSource?  If not, what network if your iPhone connected to when it happens?

I'll be able to get more information about the problem if I get the external IP address of the computer running iCamSource.  To get that, go to http://whatismyip.com in your computer's web browser and then send an email to support@skjm.com with the computer's IP address.  Please refer to this forum thread in your email.
