I can't connect with other wifi

It works  OK when i use home network wifi and 3g

but I can't connect other wifi

error message is that : source connection error - one or more of the icamsources returned by icam broker sever could not be connected to.

Our network has three router and my router "bridge" mode

I think that makes problem

I wonder how can i use icam via other wifi.

If the network you are connecting from contains 3 routers then that might be the problem, yes.

If you forward ports on the iCamSource network to the computer running the iCamSource that should simplify the connection, and hopefully you will be able to connect.
