Does this crash occur immediately after you launch iCamSource, when you hit the Start button, or some other time?

Please make sure that Windows is fully updated through Windows Update, and that you have the latest drivers installed for your webcam (if it is a USB or Built-In webcam).

What is the Brand/Model of your camera?
