Same problem here. Vista, Logitech webcam, iPhone 3GS, connected over wifi.  Video smooth when in small window, choppy (1 frame per second) when maximised.

Have you installed all of your latest Windows updates, particularly .NET? (That seemed to be what helped a previous user.)

If you open the Task Manager when running the iCamSource, do you see the CPU usage jump when you are zoomed in version not?

I have this same exact problem, did all updates, windows 7 32 bit, quickcam pro 9000

Is your iCam connecting via 3G or WiFi?
