iCamSource install Windows 10

"This may take several minutes."
After 30 minutes... seems locked up. No progress in status bar.
What to do?

Got iCamSource to install.

But USB camera not listed as a video source.

Do you have the latest drivers installed for your USB webcam? Also, please make sure that any no other webcam application is currently using the webcam.

In Windows 10 don't forget to go into Settings/Privacy and then to Cameras to allow apps to access the camera.
