First time user, simple set up but only getting gray screen / no error message

Hey guys, I just set this up to keep an eye on my pet while I am away during the day.  It's a simple set up with the camera being the Logitech c920 connected via USB to my computer.  All the drivers are fine and the camera works perfectly in the Logitech software.  iCamsource 2.9 detects my camera, but when I hit "start" nothing happens, the gray screen just sits there.  No error message, nothing.  The login/password can be anything I want right?  Is there something I could be missing?  It seems this is about the simplest set up one could have using this software.  I appreciate any help you can offer.  Thanks!

Jeez, within a minute of posting this I figured it out.  I could NOT have the Logitech software open at the same time as iCamsource.   I don't know if this is in the WIKI or anything but for new users this is a simple enough problem/solution.
