No matching username or password found

I have bought icam pro, I am connected to the same wifi, the camera shows on my cpu in icam source pro but I keep getting the error message on my phone saying: no sources found no matching username or password found. I know the password is case sensitive I done it over and over but no connection.

It actually says: there are currently no running icam sources associated with your existing login or password

Had to buy
I cam pro for 9.99. So can somebody tell me what i cam product I bought for 5.99 because that's not working.
