iCam is only used to view cameras...not to monitor cameras. SKJM created another app that will convert your iPhone camera into an IP camera...the app is called IPCam.

Yes, you can use ipCam if you want to connect to your iPhone's camera using the iCamSource on your computer: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ipcam-mobile-ip-camera/id440270152?mt=8&uo=4&at=11lcfp

If you don't want to leave your computer running, you can install iCamSource Mobile on your iPhone to view its camera with iCam: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/icamsource-mobile/id702939776?mt=8&uo=4&at=11lcfp

Thanks guys!

But now i have a new problem.
I need to say that im really not that great with this IP Network stuff, and its making me crazy!
I have now downloaded the app ipCam from the appstore. but i cant get it to work? I really hope some one of you guys can give me a description of how to do this?

I think i see the IP adress for my iPhone/iPad  at the bottom of the screen in the IPcam app? But then i put it in the 'Camera MJPEG or JPEG URL' box, it says at the bottom of the screen(iCam on the mac) 'Your network IP camera could not be connected to, please make sure that the Camera URL containes the correct network adress for your camera'

Yeah, i need help.

From http://skjm.com/ipcam/support.php#icam ...

Q :    How do I connect to ipCam using iCam and the iCamSource?

A :    Since ipCam essentially turns your iOS device into a WiFi network IP camera you will want to add it to your iCamSource under the Ethernet / Wi-Fi tab. The MJPEG URL that you will want to use is http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/video.mjpg where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the local IP address that you use to connect to ipCam's web interface using your web browser.

Hope that helps. :)

Thanks for the answer :) .

This really helps.
I understand what i need to do, right up to this point. 'where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the local IP address that you use to connect to ipCam's web interface using your web browser.'

Do you know a place where i can see someone set this up in a video? Or a guide with screendumps? THANKS! This means a lot.!

Have a nice day!
