iCam sound not working.

I have iCam and my father is able to watch it with sound but I can't? We both have iPhone 4, so the ios shouldn't be a problem.

Is your phone on silent? If it's on silent, you won't hear anything. Also, make sure that the volume is turned up on your phone/tablet once you have zoomed into the camera with sound. If it says ringer when you try adjusting the volume, the sound is not being passed from icamsource to iCam for some reason.
