icon disappears

running window 7 on my computer, when clicking on the icon on desktop, the small icon are bottom of screen comes on. when I try to click on the icon to open, it disappears so camera won't come on. suggestions? i did repair on programs and cleaned the temporary files but no luck.

You mention that you cleaned the temporary files. Did you download and run (double-click) this file? - http://skjm.com/icam/CleaniCamKey.reg

That will erase the current iCamSource settings in your registry. You will need to re-enter all of your settings, but hopefully the problem will be resolved if it's due to a problem in the registry.
