Software freezes

Hello:
Great application but i cant seem to get more then 3 minutes of enjoyment. after installing and during first use, and subsequent uses, Computer Freezes after 3 to 5 minutes of steaming. I have to manually reset the computer. No error message, just a complete freeze. Buttons, mouse, keyboard unresponsive with no sounds. I have a Dell XPS laptop connected to a Dell monitor with built in webcam model SP2208WFP.

sirjcaliber is getting technical support for this issue through email.  If there is any new information about this issue from the emails, I'll post it in this thread.

i'm having the exactly same problem as well. ive been sending email to get the support but never get any reply on this issue.

hope you can find out what caused this to be happened and make computer freeze.!!

alanowl -  I looked through the support email history, and the last email we received from your email address was on July 13.  That email stated that you were going to install vcredist and .NET and were going to let us know the result. We have not received any emails from that address since.  Please check the email address that you are sending to to make sure that it is the correct address (support@skjm.com)

Did you install vcredist and the .Net update?
