The Mac iCamSource does not maintain an icon in the dock like other programs as it is designed to run in the background. It does, however, maintain an icon in the menu bar. If you are attempting to delete the iCamSource but it is saying that it is running, then I would check to see if the iCamSource icon is in the menu bar, and click on it to close the program.
