Cutting off
« on: September 14, 2011, 07:53:07 PM »
Is there a way to stop the icam long distance, or turn off somehow.   The alert is going off constantly!  I have had to turn off my volume on my phone.  Not at home to turn it off.  It's not set for super sensitive.  Just normal, but it's going crazy!    Help

There is not a way to remotely turn on iCamSource through the iPad or the iCam software but some of our users use VNC to Start/Stop iCamSource remotely.

If you want to stop receiving motion detection notifications when you are away from home you can turn them off from within iCam by tapping the zoomed-in image to bring up the motion detection controls and turning off the notifications.
