Works, but randomly

First off, really impressive app. Very nicely done.

However - I can get it to work only sporadically. I have three machines running iCamSource:
1 - Powerbook at home
2 - Macbook Pro at the office
3 - iMac at the office
(I'm currently in the office, so 2 & 3 are on the LAN)

Here's a typical scenario:
I launch camera 1 and check my iPod. Nothing (or the "Source Connection Error").
I launch camera 2. Camera 1 now shows up on the iPod, but not camera 2.
I launch camera 3 and refresh the iPod. Source connection error.
I quit camera 3. Now 1 & 2 show up at the same time on the iPod.
I launch camera 3 again and refresh. Only camera 3 shows up in the iPod.
I quit camera 2 and refresh. Only camera 1 shows up on the iPod.

I can't really identify any pattern in any of this. It seems to be pretty random. Any idea?

Edit: All running instances of iCamSource said "Num Connected : 1" whether or not they were displaying on the iPod.

Sounds like having multiple cameras going is complicating the troubleshooting.  I'd like to start some tests from a simple test case, up to your full 3 camera scenario.  Please send an email to support@skjm.com and I'll get you started on setting up some tests.  Please refer to this forum thread in your email.
