Hi, just want to let you know that even after i was being helped by emails support, still not working but i saw the newest icam source version 2.4.4 and installed it. now everything works. So i am assuming something was not working right in my situation when i was using older version of icam source. But anyways, i am very happy that it's working for me now and thank you so much for the released of the icamsource 2.4.4. now back to using icam again. thanks. jp :-)

ok, i have tried port forwarding and its not working neither. it just seems strange that my iphone3gs has no problem on 3g but only the iphone4. thanks anyways. i will bring my other stocked netgear router out and try it and see what happens. i hate to lose not using my jailbreak wireless router. it's more faster and power then the stock. i will let you know. Thanks. jp

i have tried it and still doesn't work. i don't know if this has anything to do with it or not but my netgear wireless router is not running the default netgear software or firmware anymore due to i have jailbreak my wireless router and i am currently using dd-wrt firmware. Please let me know and i can go back to my stock firmware? thanks for your help. jp

yes, i think it's not icam issue. it's more with the new iphone4s. i am able to view my cameras from firefox at work and also my iphone 3gs but my iphone 4s is not able to view the cameras. i remember seeing someone has posted that issue too. Is icam team aware of that issue? Maybe icam is not compatible with the new iphone4s? please advise? Thanks. jp

hello, i can access the cameras on my wifi same network but not from my iphone using 3g or using outside network like from work. my wireless router is netgear wdr3500 and yes i will reboot my router go by your instructions and will let you know. Thank you. jp

Hello, i was able to view my cameras on my iphone 3g all this time and suddenly now i got that source connection error. i have tried both checked/unchekced auto configure and still does not work. i am on the newest version 2.4.4. Can you please assist me? i really appreciate it. Thank you. jp

Hello, can you tell me how to set where i can get better fps? Meaning that i have reviewed my videos and there is a 4 seconds between frame 1 to frame 2. i see there is a big gap time (second) between frames. Thank you for your help. jp

Hello, i really need help on this issue. i have 4 cameras installed. my iphone can see 3 cameras, my other pc at home can see all 4 cameras and work pc can only view 2 cameras. My pc at work shows me only 2 cameras but on the bottom, it is saying "num source 4" but i only see 2. They all have the same user id and password and i have checked and recheck.Can you kindly assist me? I thank you so much. jp
