I got it. I had to clear out all my Temp folders and then reboot. That got it to install again.

I had to uninstall iCam because for some reason, the Visual Studio was giving me trouble trying to update iTunes & Quicktime. Now I'm trying to reinstall but it keeps telling me another installation is in progress. I'm running Windows XP and used the Windows Add/Remove programs to uninstall.

I tried disabling my firewall and still having source connection problems. iCam has full access in my firewall. I tried the port forwarding. My modem is just a plain cable modem (Surfboard SB4100). My router is a Belkin N Wireless Router F5D8236-4.  Sometimes it works for a few min most of the time it doesn't. So far not very happy with this progam.
My ip address for the iPhone is 166.137.136.196

The program works fine on my desktop that is direct connected to the internet. But when I run it on a laptop connected wirelessly, I get the Source Connection Error on my iPhone.

I keep getting this error but only intermittenly. I get it 99% of the time when using iCam with my laptop with built in webcam and not really too often when using my desktop with a USB webcam. Also, when this does happen with my desktop, I get a Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger error:
An unhandled win32 exception occured in iCamSource.exe[4228]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.

I tried but when I started iCam on my laptop, the camera on my desktop turned off. There was only the laptop cam available for view on my iPhone. I'll try it again and see what happens.

Is it possible, or maybe a future feature, to be able to have 2 webcams on 2 different computers (i.e. 1 webcam on a desktop in one room and another webcam on laptop in another room), be viewed if you log in with the same username & password on both computers?
