iCam Pro Support / ICam Source Pro not working

When I open ICam Source Pro and press start, a box pops up that says "ICam Source Pro has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem." Then another box pops up that says, "A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This has been happening for the last three days.
