Network / IP Camera Compatibility / no Audio on iphone

Just purchased your software.  I have no audio when zooming in, my 3G iphones volume is all the way up, I can hear just a slight hiss coming from it.  On wifi or 3G. I am running Vista with a Logitech 9000 pro with built in mic the picture if there just no audio. :'(
