iCam Support / icamsource does not stream video - no error

I have been running icamsource without issue for 5 months. This past week, it stopped working. When I Start the camera, there is no error, only that the preview screen goes from grey to white and no streaming to my iphone or the internet. I was running version 1.4.1. I have updated to various Beta and released versions with no change. I have checked and the cameras are functioning. The system is at a remote location so I can reboot the laptop but cannot physically change anything at this time. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting and re-installing the software with no success. Where are the preference files kept? It seems that even after I uninstall and re-install, the preference files are kept. Are they possibly corrupt?
Specifics:
HP laptop running windows Vista
Two D-Link DCS-920 cameras
icamsource running at 1.4.2.6 BETA but other versions tried including 2.1.3.
Please let me know.
