hi, autoconfig is checked already. I can see myself.
Where it does not work, is on icamWeb. I installed and updated the java stuff... But I do not get any streaming. It says "connecting" and nothing happens.
I installed last version on my MAC running mountain lion OS.
I'm on wi-fi: with ipad and iphone... no problems, it works at least in wi-fi.
- But... I have problem to see my cam on icamweb. I installed the latest JAVA, but when i enter the icamweb, i get an error message, and the "loading..." spinning.
HEllo, normally files of motion events are locally stored in PC, and they can also viewed from iphone. But when connection with icamsource is lost... and It's impossible to restore it... is there a possibility to see the motion events from iphone?
I mean, if someone enter in my home, and take away my pc... connection would be lost, and I can't see (from Iphone) any file! Or is there a possibility to see them? I know there is the possibility to send files directly to dropbox... but what about iphone? everything will be lost?
One feature of iCam is "schedule".. that allows to send record events at specific days and times for each camera.
- I think you should consider to add another kind of "schedule connection": turn ON the camera at specific day and times. (I know, for example, that every day from 8am to 7pm I'm out… it would be nice if the software "starts on" my camera... (sometimes I forget to do it).
- Another feature: the possibility to conect iCamSource from iphone, when I forget to do it at home.
Actually when I forget to connect my camera at home, I use Teamviewer.
Just few words to thanks SKJM staff for the very good work done with iCam... a really simple but wonderful app. for iPhone.
- The app. works very well. - The software for the Mac/Pc is simple but very well done (and it works!!) - The iCamweb it's another great thing!!!! - Last but not least... SKJM Support is fast, clear, and useful.
And for just the small cost of the app... we're getting a really good service and support.
Regards, Vladimiro
PS: Just in case: nope, I'm not SKJM's employee :-)
