iCam Support / No Sources Found

Hi, I've tried everything I know to do. My webcam is showing on my computer, but I'm getting No Sources Found. The firewall is set to allow. I'm using Built in Webcam on Windows 7. I don't understand what the problem is?
I'm excited to use this and just paid $5 for it lol.
I sent him IP Address, Just no answer yet.
Please get me running ASAP, using for my babies

P.S. Just to double to check, all I have to do is install the software, hit start (which is working and i see myself on the webcam), use same username for both iphone and software on comp, and should work. Right?

Oh, and by the way, I've tried on both 3G AND WiFi. Same results. Running 3GS iphone as well. Hope this helps.
