iCam Support / File not found error when accessing camera direct.

Hi i just brought a IPCAM01 outdoor ip camera.
I connected the camera to my router and then gone to access it via the IP its been given, but all i am getting is "404 Not Found, file not found" with a pink ish page background. After reading on the forums, i found if i goto the IP address with video.cgi at the end i can see the video of the camera.
I get the impression that the OS on the camera is corrupt, i have tried the reset button but no luck.
What should i do next please, can i reinstall a new firmware to fix this, if so where can i get the firmware from and then how to access the control panel to upload it to.
Any help would be great, this is my second camera i have now and the first one works fine.
