Hi, I've never had any issues with this program for over 4 years I've been using it.  But now I've switched to Net10 wireless which uses AT&T LTE.  On the LTE network I can not access my iCam sources, I'm getting Source Connection Error "One or more of the iCamSources returned by the iCam Broker Server could not be connected to."  But if I'm on any wifi, I can connect.  I'm using the latest Android iCam app and iCamsource 2.8.8 if that helps.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

iCam Support / No sound on Samsung Galaxy S2

Hello,

I've been using this software for a long time now but after installing it on my Samsung Galaxy S2 (Sprint) I'm no longer getting sound.  I've selected the proper audio source on iCamSource and I have audio checkbox checked on iCam.  The camera is Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000.

It was working perfectly fine on my iPhone 4 and Motorola Atrix 4G.

Any ideas?

Hello, 

My wife and I recently got 2 of these phones and neither one if them are receiving notifications.  I've reinstalled iCam, I've cleared data, I've got the notifications boxes checked everywhere.

I am still getting notices on my old iPhone 4 and Atrix 4g however.

I figured it out, there was a notifications checkbox on the login screen of the app, dumb mistake.  I thought the individual camera screens were the only place to set notifications on the phone.

Yes the box its checked I still receive notifications on my iphone but since I hard reset my android I haven't received any.

Hey all.  Love the product, been using it for almost a year now on my iPhone and Atrix.

Recently I did a reset on my Atrix and cleared all data and reset all settings.  Since then, I've reinstalled iCam and cleared all data associated with it multiple times, changed the login/pw, etc, but I can't get it to send motion detection notifications.  I can do everything else with it but no matter what network I'm on it won't send notifications.

Any ideas?

So I've got everything running, I can see the source from your web app, I can see it from my iPhone but I can't see it from my Android phone.  I get the "no sources for this login found" error.

Everything is on WiFi.  I've tried different, simple login/passwords but nothing works.  I've tried uninstalling my iPhone app even, thinking maybe I can't have it "connected" for the Android app to work, and still no go.  And I've also tried with and without that "Android" button checked (I assume that's for using it on Androids?).

Oh, and the Android is a Motoroloa Atrix 4g.

Any ideas?
