iSpy Support / ISPY and packet lost

Hello to everyone i have a problem with my ispy.
When i open the software it works and register correctly, but at the same time, if reach the webcam with his own web interface in http, i have a loss of packet on ping also if in ispy still work good, the problem is only on http viewer.
If i close the ispy it work perfectly.
Someone can help me to resolve the problem?
Maybe it happen sice i have change my router with a Thecnicolor....maybe.
