iCam Pro Support / iCam Pro Only works when both devices on same wifi

I just downloaded iCamPro yesterday.  I want to use the app on my ipad as the camera and be able to check the camera on my iphone.  It works fine when both devices are on the same wifi, but when I leave and try to check the camera from my phone using 4G...it says "No Sources Found.  There are currently no running iCamSources associate with your existing login and password."  Can any one please help me?  I've got to the icam troubleshoot page and it just isn't help.  Thank you in advance.
