So, to log into the camera. I suggest you plug it in with the white connector that splits power and Ethernet. You then plug into your router, find the ip it pulls and log into the camera via administrator. From there you can change the password and enter your wireless information so the unit can function wirelessly. There is a button on the back that should reset the password if changed by holding it down for 30 seconds. Mine was new so I did not have to mess with the reset. If you are trying to use a camera that is already locked to comcast or adt, ect Then try holding the button in for 30 seconds to reset access and then try to log in via Ethernet, as you have to tell the camera what wireless you want to use.
