Google wasn't much help. I ended up resetting my camera to the factory settings and then logging into google play and then it downloaded no problem.

I downloaded the app and tried to set it up.  However, it keeps on saying "no sources found-There are currently no running icamsources associated with your existing login and password"

Its not rocket science, I have the same login and password, I even deleted the source software and redownloaded it and selected the same login and password, but I still keep getting this message.

Sorry, its the HTC One, and I just downloaded the latest software update.  Its Android 4.0.3, which I think is the latest.  At first I couldn't download any apps, but then I did a google update and that works ok, I was disappointed to see that that message is still there.  Somebody said something about changing the display size, but that doesn't sound right.

I was really looking forward to using this, I downloaded the free source apps for my desktop PC and two imacs, but was sad to see that you can't watch it on a laptop.

So finally I got a smartphone, and went to download the app, and it says "your device isn't compatible with this item".   Its an android phone, so I really don't understand why it doesn't work, and I've done searches both here and online to find a 'cure', but so far no luck.  Can anybody help, or should I try a different software program?
